Hey there, I’m Ashley!
I’ve been guiding yoga and meditation practices for over ten years and have a deep passion for creating curated experiences that invite connection, play, and a little bit of magic. I began hosting retreats in 2022 and became obsessed with sharing my love for wellness-based travel with others. My teachings blend intentional movement & breath, grounded energy, and the vibration of sound to help you settle into your body, quiet your mind, and find your flow state.

Hi, I’m Ali.
I love to surf, move my body, eat fruit, and live in rhythm with nature. I’ll be teaching pilates and sharing menstrual cycle awareness throughout our time together.. a practice that’s brought so much grounding into my life. Costa Rica is deeply magical to me and can’t wait for you to feel it too. I am stoked to slow down, surf, breathe, be in the sun and sea, eat nourishing meals and just be together. So much magic to come, living barefoot in bikinis and moving at a pace that aligns with what your body needs in each moment. Much love.
